All payments are posted on the site next to each service.Your account will become overdue if you do not have all the payments made by the due date of each invoice. If your account is overdue more than 1 month from the date of invoicing, you agree to pay one interest at the amount due of 1% per day.If you want to terminate your account you must have the account paid up-to-date, you do not have outstanding invoices. We reserve the right to change the prices of the services offered without prior notice and at any time.
At the time of payment of the service, we agree to provide the respective service.
Payment is made in advance for all the services offered by our company. If the invoice is not paid within the established terms we have the right to denounce and interrupt the membership.
Delaying the delivery or poor performance of the services offered by third parties, under contractors, internet providers, does not entitle the members to delay the payment of the contracted service and will not have the right to hold us liable for the services offered by third parties.
If you think you have been invoiced incorrectly, please notify us immediately to correct or discuss the error. Within 30 days you have the right to announce any billing error, so after 30 days the invoice is considered correct and only you have the right to denounce the respective invoice.
VOX-HOST LTD undertakes to comply with the following provisions:
Provide on your servers a game session of your choice
Make available the number of slots chosen for the game section chosen
Allocate an IP for that section of the game
To provide internet access for the chosen game section
Give the member access to the control panel of the game section if this option has been chosen
The parties will keep the confidentiality and will not disclose to third parties the confidential information from any of them during the course of the services purchased from VOX-HOST LTD
The parties will keep the confidentiality of all documents regarding the services purchased from VOX-HOST LTD, regardless of their nature and regardless of the computer support.
In case one of the parties breaches its obligation to maintain confidentiality, a violation established by a court decision, it is obliged to pay damages that cover the damage created to the other party.
Neither party can stop the other from providing the information requested based on requests from the official authorities or in accordance with the legal procedures. It is forbidden to flood from vps or scan or brute force or other illegalities. Those who do not comply receive suspension and no money is returned.
Any abusive method of modifying the player's client is strictly forbidden (Slow-Hacking), here we include of course for CS 1.6 (GameMenu, busing to connect and so on). VOX-HOST LTD cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning.
Certain services provided by VOX-HOST LTD are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by VOX-HOST LTD are not directly owned or written by VOX-HOST LTD. Moreover, VOX-HOST LTD holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts.
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated.
We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as VOX-HOST LTD sees fit.
VOX-HOST LTD retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
